Mooladhara Chakra
The Mooladhara chakra is made of the earth element and represents
the beginning of life. When awakened and nourished, this association with the earth element manifests as a magnetic force within the person. Such a person is banalced, has a good inner sense of direction... This Chakra is at the root or foundation of the subtle system, and so is the support of all the other charkas.

Swadisthana Chakra
The fundamental quality of the Chakra is creativity and spontaneity. It is here that the energy for our creativity is generated. After realization, this process is accomplished in a balanced state, and the resulting creation can become an inspired work.
Nabhi Chakra
The Nabhi is the center of our welfare, both physical and financial. A good Nabhi is essential for a caring and loving family life. Complete satisfaction as a steady state of being, can be achieved with the support of a well balanced, healthy Nabhi. As our attention becomes purified through meditation, we will gain a more detached reaction to events in our life.
Heart Chakra
When our heart chakra becomes clear, we become more fearless, strong and giving. We trust ourselves and our abilities to correct our own mistakes. We love our self and others because we recognize that the Spirit in our heart is the same as their Spirit. We keep our heart open like a child and thereby experience a steady state of joy.
Vishuddhi Chakra
The Vishuddi is the key to our ability to feel and respond to our own vibrations and others. When it is open and clear, the Vishuddi gives us a sense of oneness with all life; a feeling of collectivity. This center is responsible for communication with others, because through our eyes, through our speech, through our hands, we communicate with others.
Agnya Chakra
The primary quality of the Agnya chakra is forgiveness. The Agnya chakra is the gateway to the universal unconscious. Without its opening the Kundalini cannot pass through and enter into the Sahasrara, where one's Spirit is connected to the Divine. When the Agnya chakra is open and healthy, the Kundalini pierces through it, causing the thought waves to quiet down and help us achieve the thoughtless state with full awareness.
Sahasrara Chakra
The Sa-has-ra-ra chakra meaning thousand petalled lotus, encompasses the crown of the head. It is located at the fontanel bone. It is here that all the chakras of the subtle system come together and are integrated. When the Kundalini passes through the top of the head, at the Sahasrara, one is in touch with their whole Self, which is the Spirit.
