Sahaja Yoga is a living meditation introduced by
Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970. It awakens your inner energy called Kundalini and the
experience can be felt on the fontanel bone area on the top of the head,
palms and fingertips. It can be practiced by people of any age,
and does not involve any physical exercises. The Kundalini by regular
practice brings balance to the physical, mental, emotional and
spiritual being.
